Human Resources

Split into three core functions; Employee Relations, Learning and Development, and Recruitment, our HR team are responsible for recruiting, developing, and supporting our employees throughout their entire journey with us.

Marketing and Communications

Finding and implementing effective and creative ways to communicate with the business and external customers and market our incredible offerings.

Procurement

Delivering procurement activities and developing commercial solutions to support ECL’s vision.

Project Management Office

Managing transformational projects to support the growth of ECL.

Property and Facilities Management

Working with operational teams, landlords, contracted parties, and corporate services to deliver an effective facilities management function.

Quality and Assurance

Supporting the running of our high-quality services with safeguarding, quality, risk management, and information governance.
