We’re delighted to announce that Fran Driver, Head of Quality and Governance has won the Social Care Leadership, Quality Assurance Leader Award.
Organised by Care Talk magazine, the annual Social Care Leadership Awards recognise excellence across all areas of social care leadership.
We’re proud to say that two ECL managers were finalists at this year’s awards, Inclusive Employment Business Manager, Sue Wray in the Executive Learning Disabilities and Autism Leader category, and Fran in the Quality Assurance Leader category.
Nominated for being a passionate guardian of ECL’s quality and governance, Fran has been instrumental in establishing our Quality and Governance Assurance Assessment designed to stringently monitor quality standards across all service areas.
